We’ve fixed it!

Due to an unexpected service incident, users may have experienced issues linking new courses in Gradescope, when using the LTI 1.3 integration only. Existing course links, existing and new assignment links, posting grades, roster sync, as well as users accessing the service via LTI 1.0+API were not affected. We are pleased to advise that service has been restored.

The incident occurred between the following times:

PDT August 8th 09:16 - August 9th 07:19
BST: August 8th 17:16 - August 9th 15:19
AEST: August 9th 02:16 - August 10th 00:19
